Scope

This page covers the marketing site, where we are the controller of form submissions, and migration work, where we process customer CMS content under a SOW.

What we collect

Assessment and contact forms: name, work email, company, role, CMS names, site count, and notes you choose to send. Automated logs and cookieless PostHog events: IP, user agent, pages viewed.

Who processes it

Vercel hosts the site and the form handler. Resend delivers form mail to contact@contentfidelity.com. PostHog provides cookieless analytics. We do not set a cookie banner because we do not use non-essential cookies at launch.

Customer CMS content

During a migration we process entries, assets, URLs, and metadata to perform the engagement. Customer content is not used to train models. Hosting region for that content is set per engagement.

Rights

Forms accept leads from the EU, UK, and California. Write to privacy@contentfidelity.com to request access or deletion. We have not appointed an EU or UK representative or a CPRA agent.

Retention and transfers

We keep prospect data long enough to respond to a request. Exact periods are still being set. The marketing site is hosted by Vercel. We have not published a project region here.

Children

This site is not directed at children.
