The site and the work
This website is information and request forms. Paid migration work is under a separate SOW or MSA. This site does not sell seats or display a checkout.
Fees
Fees are set in the SOW. Invoice and/or Stripe after signature. No public prices. Website terms do not set migration fees.
Intellectual property
Becomes Tech, LLC owns the site and software. You own your content. We take a limited license to process it for the engagement. We do not take a license to train models on customer content.
Warranties
The website is provided as is. Service warranties live in the MSA or SOW. Marketing language about moving a CMS without losing content, assets, links, or SEO is method language, not a warranty.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to attack systems or submit illegal content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless a signed SOW says otherwise.
